1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of www.prize-bond.com, app.prize-bond.com and our mobile application. By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. What we are — and what we are not
Prize-Bond.com is a private information service. We are not National Savings of Pakistan, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any government department, and we are not authorised by them. We do not sell prize bonds, we do not conduct draws, and we cannot pay prize money.
3. Accuracy of information
We publish draw results and schedules for your convenience and check them carefully, but errors and omissions are possible. Draw dates may change because of public holidays or a decision by the authorities. The official result is the one issued by National Savings of Pakistan. Always verify a winning number against the official list before acting on it. We give no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service.
4. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- One account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, fraud, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.
5. My Wallet and alerts
My Wallet lets you save prize bond numbers so that we can check them automatically against every new draw. Alerts are sent to the email address and mobile number on your account. Delivery depends on your email provider, your mobile network and WhatsApp, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time. An alert is a convenience, not a substitute for checking the official list. Missing an alert does not extend any claim period.
6. Packages and payment
- Every new account receives a free trial as shown on the Packages page.
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments made by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa are activated after our team verifies your proof of payment, usually within 24 hours.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as the Service continues to operate. It does not create a perpetual obligation on us to run the Service.
- Packages do not renew automatically unless you are told otherwise at the time of purchase.
7. Refunds
If a package was charged in error, or the Service was unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your paid period, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the unused portion. Refunds are not given for change of mind after the trial period, or because a saved bond did not win.
8. Buying bonds from winners
Where the Service displays an offer to purchase a winning bond from you, that is an invitation to discuss a private transaction. It is entirely optional, it is not connected to National Savings, and any sale is settled separately between you and us in person. You are free to claim your prize through the official channels instead, and in most cases that will pay you more.
9. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service; resell or republish our data as your own; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; upload malicious code; or use the Service to send spam. Automated access is limited and abusive traffic is blocked.
10. Intellectual property
The design, code, text and layout of the Service belong to Prize-Bond.com. Draw result data is public information issued by National Savings of Pakistan. You may cite our pages with a link, but you may not copy substantial parts of the Service.
11. Third-party links and ads
The Service contains advertising and links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost prizes, lost profits, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes and termination
We may change these Terms or any part of the Service. Material changes will be announced on the site. We may suspend or discontinue the Service; if we do so permanently while you hold a paid package, we will refund the unused portion where reasonably possible.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction.
