Prize-Bond.com ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.prize-bond.com, the web application at app.prize-bond.com and any mobile application published under the same name (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Who we are
Prize-Bond.com is an independent information service based in Lahore, Pakistan. We publish prize bond draw results and schedules issued by the National Savings of Pakistan and the State Bank of Pakistan. We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Government of Pakistan, National Savings, or the State Bank of Pakistan.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Account details — name, email address, mobile number and a password (stored only as an irreversible hash, never in readable form).
- Prize bond numbers you choose to save in My Wallet, together with the denomination and any label you add.
- Payment evidence — if you buy a package, the transaction reference and any screenshot you upload as proof of payment.
- Messages you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, and the date and time of each visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6.
- Search activity — the denomination and draw you searched and how many numbers were checked. We keep this to measure usage and improve speed. We do not build advertising profiles from the bond numbers you check.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your CNIC number, bank account number, card number, or any government identification document. Never send these to us. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account, and to verify your email or mobile number using a one-time code (OTP).
- To check the bond numbers you saved against every new draw result we publish, and to alert you by email, WhatsApp or app notification when one of your bonds wins.
- To process package purchases and keep your subscription active.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the Service running reliably.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us in Pakistan.
4. Legal basis
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (for marketing messages and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (to run your account and deliver alerts you asked for), and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service).
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the Service:
- Email delivery — SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), to send verification codes and win alerts.
- WhatsApp messaging — our licensed WhatsApp Business API provider and Meta Platforms, Inc., to deliver template messages you have opted into.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used.
- Advertising — Google AdSense and Google AdMob, on the public website and, where shown, in the free tier of the app.
- Security — Google reCAPTCHA, to distinguish humans from automated abuse.
- Hosting — our web hosting provider, which stores the data on secure servers.
We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, court order, or a valid request from a government authority, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
6. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies for three purposes:
- Strictly necessary — to keep you signed in, remember a trusted device, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The Service cannot work without these.
- Analytics — to count visits and see which pages are useful.
- Advertising — Google and its partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads.
Google's use of advertising cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent choice before personalised advertising cookies are set, and non-personalised ads are served where consent is not given.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block strictly necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in.
7. Mobile application
If you install our app, it may request permission to show notifications so we can tell you when a saved bond wins. You can refuse or withdraw this permission in your device settings at any time, and the rest of the app will continue to work. Where the app shows ads, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier; you can reset or limit that identifier in your device settings.
8. How long we keep information
- Account and wallet data — while your account is open, and for 12 months after you close it, unless we must keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
- One-time codes — deleted or expired within minutes of being issued.
- Server and security logs — up to 12 months.
- Payment records — up to 6 years, as required for tax and accounting.
9. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored using Argon2id hashing and cannot be read by anyone, including us. Integration keys are stored encrypted. Access to the administration panel requires a separate account and is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them regularly.
10. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- See and edit your profile and saved bonds from within the app.
- Turn email or WhatsApp alerts off in your notification settings.
- Sign out of any device from the Devices screen.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@prize-bond.com. We respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your profile and your saved bond numbers. Records we must keep for legal reasons are retained as described in section 8.
11. Accuracy of results
We publish draw results as issued by National Savings of Pakistan and take care to enter them accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that every record is free of error. Always confirm a winning number against the official list at a National Savings Centre or a State Bank of Pakistan field office before making any claim. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the information on this Service.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or a notice in the app.
